Power Cylinder Update:
Reviva incorporates a carbon scraper ring, or commonly known as an anti-polishing ring, for better engine performance. The cylinder liner has an additional steel ring that is inserted on the counter bore of the cylinder liner. This scrapes the carbon from the sides of the piston which aids in reducing carbon polishing on the cylinder walls. These improvements are designed to decrease oil consumption, lower oil filter contaminants and reduce DPF regeneration.
Year Models: 2017-2020. 400 to 605 Horsepower.
To ensure our engines will stand the test of time, Reviva uses OEM or equivalent pistons, rings, bearings, valves and gaskets.
Reviva Processes:
Reviva utilizes state of the art machines and machining methods to ensure quality. All components are magnafluxed, inspected and machined to OEM specifications.
Cylinder heads are magnafluxed, pressure tested, and new valve guides and new valves are installed in every head and valve seats are machined to OEM specs then vacuum tested to ensure quality.
Crankshafts are magnafluxed, straightened if needed and polished or ground undersized.
Connecting rods are magnafluxed, new rod bushing installed and machined to OEM specification.

CORE RETURN CRITERIA
- Reviva ONLY requires an external visual core inspection.
- No hidden costs or crank rotation required.
- If there are visual holes or cracks in the block there will be a 50% core charge back.
- Core charges are refunded withing 48-hours after Reviva receives your core.
